Hello, I'm Auttanop(Max)
IT Product Manager/Owner
This is my webpage for my online resume and Portfolio.
For over a decade, I've been turning rough ideas into digital products that people actually want to use. I love building things that make everyday life a little better. My journey has taken me from leading onboarding tech at Bitkub and Kasikorn Bank to building traceability tools at Farmforce, with a growing focus on putting AI to work in real products, from voice agents to chatbots. Armed with an MBA from NIDA Business School and fluency in English and Thai, my sweet spot is bridging the gap between complex business problems and user-friendly solutions.
Please feel free to reach me out if you want to connect.

Hospital Booking System
A booking, tracking and completion workflow for Vimut Hospital's IV Team, replacing phone calls, paper clipboards and manual Excel entry with one connected system.
Why build it
Departments across the hospital call in the IV Team for blood draws and IV insertions. Before this project, every request went through phone calls or chat messages, got scribbled onto a paper form, and was later retyped into an Excel sheet by hand. Nothing was centralized, so there was no easy way to see how fast requests were handled or why some got cancelled. We built one shared system to replace all of that.

What we built
A Google Apps Script web app running on a single Google Sheet, with three pages: departments submit a request in seconds from Booking, IV nurses accept and complete cases from IV Team, and leadership watch live KPIs on the Dashboard. Every case logs its department, reason, patient details, timestamps, status and case owner automatically, and a LINE Messaging API integration notifies staff the moment a case is submitted, accepted or completed.
A phone-based AI voice agent is working: staff can call in a booking and have it filed automatically, with no retyping.

Thai user manual
A full walkthrough for departments and the IV Team: how to book, accept and complete a case, with screenshots for every step.
Open the manual →Calling in a booking
A real call: a department books an IV Team case entirely by talking to the AI agent.
Actual recorded call, unedited.
How it helped
July 2026 was the app's first full month live. It replaced three failure-prone manual steps with one shared, auditable system, and gave leadership a real-time dashboard plus, for the first time, hard numbers on speed, reliability, demand patterns and why cases get cancelled.
Cancellations, for the first time with a reason
Of 675 requests, 72 were cancelled, each logged with why:
- Department completed it independently32
- Lab order cancelled7
- Duplicate request submitted6
- Patient declined the procedure5
Based on this first month, management's next step is to take the app hospital-wide to every department. The AI voice booking agent is the follow-on project, aimed at pulling the remaining phone-in bookings into the same digital record.

DonDon & Co.
A hand-built website, voice AI assistant and lead-automation pipeline for a friend's boutique agency.
Why build it
A friend's agency needed a real website: something professional to be their main digital presence and bring in leads. What started as a straightforward six-page site grew into a fuller stack once we got going, covering hosting, a voice AI assistant, and automated lead handling behind the scenes.
What we built
Six pages, hand-coded: Home, About, Services, Team, Clients and Contact, built from the agency's real brand assets (logo, team photos, 27 client logos) with copy pulled straight from their credential deck. The Services page is structured around a five-stage process: Discover, Define, Design, Communicate, Transform.
Under the hood: structured data and a sitemap for search engines, a zero-backend contact form, Google Analytics with a PDPA-compliant cookie banner, and scroll animations built so the content stays fully crawlable.
A voice AI assistant sits on every page, built only from the site's real content with rules against inventing facts about the agency. Behind the scenes, an automation script picks up leads from both the voice assistant and the contact form, logs them to a spreadsheet, researches each one with AI, and emails the team a summary.

Live website
The site is live and indexed, with working analytics, SEO metadata and a lead-capture form.
Visit dondon.agency →AI Call Support
A real call: a visitor asks the voice AI about the agency's services, and it answers only from verified site content.
Actual recorded call, unedited.
How it helped
The site is live at dondon.agency: fully deployed, indexed, with real analytics running and leads landing in a spreadsheet the moment someone reaches out.
None of that blocks the site from doing its job today. It's live, indexed and collecting leads. What's left is the final integration and QA pass on the voice AI and automation layer.

Condo AI Chatbot
A LINE account that calculates parking fees automatically and answers residents' questions about the condo.
Why build it
At my previous condo, the security guards kept miscalculating the parking fee by hand. I built a LINE account that did the math automatically, and added an AI chatbot on top so residents could also ask it questions about the condo.
What we built
A parking fee calculator built into the LINE account: enter a license plate and the entry and exit time, and it works out the fee automatically, including discounts for a juristic stamp or an owner's signature. No more manual math at the gate.
On top of that, an AI chatbot answers questions about the condo itself: the project details, how many floors, what room types are available. For anything outside that, it can search the internet, but it's scoped to only answer questions related to the condo, and declines anything else.

How it helped
The account ran in real use for a few months, helping the security team and hundreds of residents calculate parking fees with little effort and no more manual mistakes at the gate. It was eventually retired after the juristic company upgraded to a dedicated parking-fee machine.
